Q: What payment methods do you offer? A: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Additionally we accept certified check, money order, personal or company check and PayPal. For personal and company checks, we wait 10 days before shipping.
Q: Do you charge Tax? A: Ohio residents are charged a sales tax.

Within the Continental United States:
Backordered items will include a shipping fee unless they are cancelled before we ship. Additional freight charges are required for areas outside the US and for those orders shipped via the US Post Office. We ship all international orders via Fedex, UPS or other Insured Airmail service at our discretion. Duties, Taxes and Handling Fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Expedited shipping is available on all orders for an additional charge. Q: What is your return policy? A: If you should receive a damaged model, please contact the carrier immediately and notify our company within 10 days as noted below.
We offer a 10 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, you may contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item. The item can be returned for full credit (less the freight charge) as long as it is in its original, saleable condition and includes the original packaging.
For any return, you must contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
After the 10 day window, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any items returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
If you need to return an item, please pack the model in its original packaging, (if still intact) and then pack in a corrugated outer carton, include the RMA number on a copy of the invoice and place the invoice inside the box. Items returned in other than the original packing will not receive full credit. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer. (If the return is being made because of our mistake, we will credit or refund the shipping fees).
