Q: What is it?
A: DHS knows our customers have a choice on where they spend their hard-earned money. We appreciate the loyal customers we have and are always looking for ways to reward them. This is our way of saying thanks and we appreciate the loyalty!
Q: How does it work?
A: For every $20 you spend you will receive one Diehard point. One point is worth $1 toward a future purchase at DHS.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Absolutely Nothing!
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Your points can be used like cash at DHS Diecast. You can redeem your points online at www.dhsdiecast.com, by phone at 1-800-591-1171 or you can visit our warehouse.
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Your points do not expire and are good for the life of the program.
Q: How can I view my points balance?
A: To view your balance, login to the DHS Diecast website. Click on the "My Account" or "Account Info" links/buttons.
Q: Who is eligible to join?
A: All customers will be enrolled automatically in the DHS DIEHARD program, with the exception of our wholesale customers.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: All customers are automatically included in the DHS DIEHARD program. If you would like to be removed from the DHS DIEHARD program, please contact our Customer Service department. You can find all of our contact information here.
Q: Can I exchange my DIEHARD points for cash?
A: No you cannot exchange your DIEHARD points for cash. You can only use your DIEHARD points to purchase products and services from DHS Diecast.
