If you should receive a damaged model, please contact the carrier immediately and notify our company within 10 days as noted below.
We offer a 10 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, you must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item. The item can be returned for full credit (less the freight charge) as long as it is in its original, saleable condition and includes the original packaging. For any return, you must contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
After the 10 day window, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any items returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
If you need to return an item, please pack the model in its original packaging, (if still intact) and then pack in a corrugated outer carton, include the RMA number on a copy of the invoice and place the invoice inside the box. Items returned in other than the original packing will not receive full credit. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer. (If the return is being made because of our mistake, we will credit or refund the shipping fees).
